Very much like this--I could definitely see a "dark" toned/lith/alt print as well.

Thanks ! I think I'll do a simple print on Foma 132 with a preflashing.

Don't throw stones at me but I'm not a very big fan of alternative processes. I think alt techniques tends to overtake the picture itself at the expense of the image interest.

Ha, I'm sure a silver print will look great, too--those are some highly sophisticated rhythms in the frame...I definitely will keep returning and trying to learn from this one!

Gabe, upon first glance at that photo I get the illusion that the clouds are actually moving (!)...from the lower right to upper left of the frame.

Thanks John. I don't see the cloud motion myself, but rather that the tree stump could almost be two spires of rock/mountain; a few people so far have said they had the same thought.

That's what I was thinking, when I first saw it. In any case, great work!

I thought you posted a movie, for me the clouds are moving too! What a great image is this! It's it's on a wall, very large, you are completely lost, almost psychedelic.
I own the gear, but those don't make masterpieces. My everyday experience.
