Sinar DB lens board

I need a Sinar DB lens board to mount a DB Rodenstock lens on my P2.
Does any one knows where I could find such a piece of equipment?
Also, what is the exact size of the hole in centimeter?

ebay. There are a number of sellers with DB lens boards available most of the time. Be sure the specify the size of the hole. I've bought a number of boards over the years.
