    Taken with a Wisner 4 x 5 camera with 210mm lens. In my backyard, I had help from my wife, made her take my black focus cloth and hang it in the background.

    It's a good composition, and I always appreciate a good isolation background in black.

    Actually Christopher, it's not a cauliflower, it's a Romanesco Broccoli

    Well, I looked up cavolfiore romano on Google and came up with this page . So, it would seem that it is regarded as both cauliflower and broccoli
