How to remove / glue the bellow of Tachihara 8x10 camera

    Hi,

Just found some light leak on my Tachihara 8x10 camera.
Instead of sending it back to Japan, I have decided to order a local-made
    bellow.

However, I found that the original bellow is "glued" on the camera.
So, is there anyone got experience removing and/or glue the bellow??
What kind of chemical can be used to remove the bellow from the camera (or just pull it out by force? haha!)
What kind of "glue" can be used? thanks!

    Pliobond glue.

Removing the bellows is a different story. I'd use an X-acto blade, and gently separate the old bellows from the wood.
When I grow up, I want to be a photographer.
