    Mono Basin without lightmeter.

Hey guys. Thought I'd share two landscape photos from the Mono Basin in the Eastern Sierras. I had my Soligor spotmeter dangling from my neck and it fell, destroying whatever mechanics. Both exposures were taken based on experience shooting during the same time of day...also helps that I bracketed 3 exposures at one stops each.

    Film: Velvia 100
    Camera: KB Canham 4x5
    Filter: Graduated Neutral Density Filter
Lens: Nikkor 210mm (Rabbit Bush), Nikkor 75mm (Sand Tufa) **Becoming my favorite lens.
