    Good value calendar printers?

I have been asked to write up a cost analysis for having calendars printed for the American Center for Mongolian Studies (http://www.mongoliacenter.org/), based on the images I created on my trip this past July. I know essentially nothing about calendar printing, unfortunately, and I'm hoping some people here might have some experience to contribute.

There isn't a specific budget, but this is a very small organization with limited resources, so the lower the cost the better without the calendars looking like crap. We aren't going for top-end, but rather good value. I am doing this pro-bono to help raise money for the organization. They will be primarily sold as a fundraiser in the US, so it's better that they be printed here rather than overseas (ie only a smaller portion will be shipped to Mongolia).

    Thoughts?

Anyone? (I don't mean to be overly persistent, this is just quickly becoming time-sensitive and my research isn't going as well as hoped).

I don't know what kind of quality or quanities you need so this might not help. A coworker has used Black Knight Press for some promotional calenders.

I've used a company called Top Gifts in the past. They do A4 and A3 sized calendars and you can customise the layout of the calendar if you order over 50 calendars.

    A4 calendars - Personalised Photo Calendar for 2008 (A4 size) - 13 pages

    A3 calendars - Personalised Photo Calendar for 2008 (A3 size) - 13 pages

They did a great fundraising calendar for me (500 units).

    Re: Good value calendar printers?

I researched printers extensively about a year ago and came up with these folks as having the highest quality and best price for my needs: http://www.printingcenterusa.com/

I did not use them as the project fell through, but they seem like good people to deal with. I see they're now offering 20% off for first-time customers. Mike
