    kodak filter

I've just got a filter by kodak for my Ross Ensign 8 /620 it's marked "cloud filter." how should I adjust the exposure when using this filter? the Ross does not have a large shutter speed range and anything that reduces the expose would be a help,

Is it a yellow filter? If so, when using it, try 1 or 1.5 stops more exposure.

That's correct. One to one and a half stops more exposure will get you going. I can't remember ever seeing a published filter factor for that particular filter.
