    New Chinese 4x5 - Chamonix ?

    I came across this on flickr today, Chamonix 4x5

    Anyone know anything of this camera?

    David, I have one. I took it to my Utah/Arizona trip. It will make you forget about Shenhao. Here is something you wouldn't see it on the photo. Mine weights 3lb 3.8oz (on a USPS scale).

    I missed the initial discussion of these as well. I'm looking for a small and light 4x5 at the moment to replace the heavier monorail I've been hiking with. This could be just the ticket. Any word on a distributer yet?
