there seems to be a fair number of them for sale on German eBay. You could use a translation program to read what they say.

I don't play the piano, I don't have a beard and I listen to AC/DC in the darkroom. I have no hope as a photographer.
Bob,
I am in the market for a 4x5 enlarger and the Linhof has cropped up for sale in town, not an everyday occurance. I was just wondering if it was a good unit...the Linhof for sale does not come with a lens and was told it takes a Linhof lens board and any Linhof lenses. ...I have not had a chance to actually go in the store as it was closed ( window look ) and all the info I have so far is by e-mail from the proprieter....will check it out this weekend. So I would like to now a bit about it before any purchases are made. Thanks for your help Gerry
You in the Denver area?
The enlarger uses any quality enlarging lens. It does not have to be Linhof supplied.
Do be aware that the factory no longer makes either the 45 or 57 enlargers and no longer has accessories for them.
Linhof also had 2 ways to make an enlarger. One was an enlarger itself. The other was using a Linhof copy stand and a special Linhof copy camera that accepted accessories to turn it into an enlarger.
Which type is for sale?
