David;
Thank you. I'm sorry but somehow I just didn't put in the URL. My apologies to all for omitting that in my post.

yep...thanks for the clarification.
I too wish him a quick recovery.
Speedy recovery John. As you may have guessed from my posts on this subject I, too, have known about it for months but was asked not to discuss it. John decided, rightly IMO, that he was going to take care og getting his health back before saying peep to the public. I fully understand what he has been going through having suffered a sudden, life threatening illness 6 years ago that both put me on the mend for many months and made me rethink life and priorities.
John is a good fellow, I got the opportunity to meet him in Toronto last year. I'm truly glad he is on the way to recovery.
Wish we had known from the beginning but it's not our business to pry into someones personal affairs. A lot of people could have been praying and helping him instead of wildly speculating the worst. I would like to say I am glad he is on the road to recovery, I would like to know what it was or if he needs anything the community can offer. Never underestimate the resources of the community at large.
That could sure be the reason; the inventory and corporate taxes in Kansas have driven out many small businesses. I have suspected this is particularly acute in the Kansas City area where J&C was located.
Irregardless, my best wishes to John for a speedy recovery and a hope to see renewed prosperity.
