WTB Handle for Linhof pan head

Handle to adjust panhead broke.And I have been useing a vise grip.Where can I find a replacement,panhead is a Linhof 3D report.

I broke the handle of my Gitzo R-4 head using it as a jack handle out in the desert one day. (Don't ask. You don't want to know.) I've NEVER been able to find a replacement for that. Fortunately, I was able to find a long bolt with the same threads. I had a friend weld that onto the end of a metal rod. Uglier than my mother-in-law's dog (although much smarter), but it works.
