I wish to trade the 240 and the 360 for the sinaron 210 WS 5.6 and a sinaron 300 SE 5.6, no balance due from me. What do you think about? Especially considering I shot almost always 8 x 10 landscape? What do you think about the comparison between 210 WS and 240 SE and 360 symmar S and 300 SE ?
    BTW = By the way
    IMHO = In my humble opinion

    IMHO, I think you'd be getting a steal of a trade by giving up your 240mm Sinaron SE and 360mm Symmar S for a 210mm Sinaron WS and a 300mm Sinaron SE. I think you'd be trading up in value by perhaps $500 or more. It would also give you a wider lens on the short end and a nicely spaced 3 lens set for 8x10.

    Daniele, the 210 WS + 300 SE have substantially greater value on the resale market than the 240 SE + 360 Symmar-S, so in that sense you'd be coming out way ahead.

    But the real question is which focal lengths are the best match to your photographic needs. Do you use the 240 and the 360 very much? Is there something about them that feels wrong or doesn't work for you? Have you been wanting something wider, or have you felt that the gap between 240 and 360 is too big?

    Unless you want to be spending your time trying to make money by trading equipment, I would judge the offer based on whether it meets some specific photographic need that you feel strongly.

    Oren, you're just right and I assure you my occupation is evrything but trying to buy and resell photographic equipments to make money. The question is: I prefer wider lenses, sadly I do not have so much time to experiment, 210 WS and 300 SE are a lot smaller than 240 and 360, the price, as you say, is very good, so I think I will trade my lenses for the other two. Thank you very much for your advices.
