Gralab 300 timer

Hi,

This is a shot in the dark, but does anyone know how to open up a Gralab enlarger timer model 300? Mine is not working. At first, the second hand was not stopping at the twelve.

On my gralab the seconds hands stops at the 55 minute mark. It took me until I realized the red numbers 0 was there.
