Looks like a home-made 11x14.

A Phillips for sure- and re-watching the doc it does appear to be an 11x14. thanks for the info!
That's an early Phillips, just like mine. But from the relation of the hardware size to the overall camera, I think it is an 8x10, and just appears larger in relation to her due to probably being a cell phone picture with predictable wide-angle depth exaggeration. But Dick Phillips did make a few 11X14's, not necessarily of that original model. I'd have to watch the flick to know for sure.
Postscript : I did watch a bit of the flicks. It's an 8x10.
