Check with camera repair shops that have been in business a while. Wings camera in Atlanta had a box of tiny screws that helped me fix the cable release part of a shutter.

get old broken cameras dirt cheap and strip m down! youll have more screws and some cool parts than youll ever need for a life time.
When I needed some small English (BA) thread screws for my M.P.P. I found a model railway supplier in the UK. However, I did know what I was looking for - and still had to hunt around for the right size.
