I am new to this group, thus "The New Guy" posts earlier. I joined because I take photographs and because I have stuff to seel that my 9- year old father no longer wants. When will I be allow to post pictures of items I do not know what they are?

How easy would it have been just to tell me? I read the rules a few times. I keep running into unfriendly and unhelpful people in forums. Why is that? New people have to bump around to figure out stuff.
The Forum is moderated with the goal of sustaining lively, informative and enjoyable discussions focused on our primary objective...maybe sometimes.
JJ: As explained in the deletion notice and as stated clearly in the Forum guidelines, valuation requests aren't allowed. You are very welcome to post pictures of the camera and ask any technical questions about what it is, how it's used, etc.
