    Bo-Peep refurb help.

    Hi,
I am trying to fix up this Bo-Peep C that I have. The shutter is working fine but the bellows is in pretty rough shape, Its gonna take more then patching a few little holes. The leather on the outside is deteriorating. The fabric under the leather is fine. What is some simple way for a beginner to fix the bellows? I am even open to possibly replacing it with new bellows but I cant even find any online and I dont want to pay more then the camera is even worth.
Thanks for the help in advance

You might consider trying black bookbinding tape.
I have patched a few damaged bellows with it successfully.

Even fixed, can spring new leaks between uses...

Custom Bellows/UK will make some (for not too much) that will be good for decades and nice...

A new replacement bellows would be the best option, but if you want to try a low cost alternative use contact cement to repair as much as you can then cover the gaps with gaffers tape.
