Any recommendations on a water temp regulator? I have one too many washing machines, showers etc being used that I am constantly having to try to keep the water temp at 20 c .Am putting together a new sink and now seem a good time to install one.It is a small dark room maybe needs 1 gpm. Thank for any guidance

Thanks ,should have looked first, turns out they are very expensive I think I will wait and do my dark room work very late at night when the water supply is more stable.

I just received mine; I can hardly wait to install. The build quality appears to be excellent. But of course, I haven't yet used it.

I know that John Sexton uses an Intellifaucet from a workshop I attended. Don't recall which model, though.

    Are you processing color?

I haven’t ever used a water temp regulator. I used to process Ektachrome X for slides as well as C-41 for negs for over 50 years. No more now as for color I’m 100% digital.

    Maybe I’m missing something?

For myself, I process only black and white. But to get the results that I like, I'm very precise at every step of the process. (Especially when developing film.)

I just got a Hauss unit on Ebay that was advertised as having a bad touch screen. I'm pretty sure the problem is just that the switch between Remote and Front Panel is broken but we will see. I got it for a steal so I hope my gamble pays off. Going to solder together a power supply for it (it uses the old DIN standard) and replace the toggle switch and cross my fingers...

Hass units are top-notch, but buy at least the intermediate grade unit and install with lots of small particle filtration. These solved my processing water quality issues and the build quality and capabilities are excellent, at least in my 2021 purchase experience

    Re: Water temp regulator

I believe OP is concerned about fluctuating temps when other appliances are running water. If this is the case, a HASS unit would be more than helpful, even though it is $$.

I have one but it hasn't been installed yet as I dread taking the current set upon apart and rerouting the pipes to add a hot water filter.
notch codes ? I only use one film...
