Kodak 2D to Toyo/Wista lensboard Adapter

Is there a source for a lens board adapter that will mount Toyo-Wista-Linhoff notched boards to an 8x10 Kodak 2D?

E-Bay seems to have about everything else but one of those.

zbima1's page is still there on eBay, it just says "The seller is away until Fri, Mar 24, 2023. Expect a delay in delivery until they return." FWIW, he made some boards for me just a few weeks ago.

SK Grimes is another option, they have made lens board adapters for me, both wood and metal.

I've bought boards from Zbima many times..top notch in quality. I personally only bought 4x4 boards because on the equipment I use.
