Hi guys, you know what I'm talking about right? That orange cloth to wipe negs with. Can I was that? Hand wash? Washing machine? Dryer or hang? Will it ruin it's magical properties?

I believe they have a coating of silicone on them, so I woudn't.
If you are referring to the Ilford brand "ANTISTATICUM" cloths, I was once told that you could gently rinse them in distilled water and hang them up to naturally dry. Also remember being told that they should not be used to clean lenses, but I've been doing just that for years but only with two or three of them that were never used to wipe negatives and only used to clean lenses.
Yes, orange cloths have silicone on them, and might dry into a lint source... And minerals might dry into them making it a fine abrasive cloth if non-distilled water is used...
Microfiber is supposed to be washable, but let soak in distilled water before drying in dust-free place...

Are those the same as the Kinetronics orange anti-static cloths used for cleaning scanner glass? What do you do with these?

Gave up on em aeons ago. Spread more lint than they pick up. But in theory, you could wash and re-treat them with a commercial anti-static spray. I wouldn't dream of ever using one of those orange Miocene orangutan hide things on a real lens. Get something more modern and microfiber instead.
