I think Ms. Tomlinson is a very thoughtful and interesting photographer

I saw Ex Voto when it was exhibited at my local cathedral. I have to admit I was a little disappointed. The main portrait that lead the exhibition wasn't 'quite' sharp when enlarged and you could see artefacts in the hair where they had tried to fix it. Couldn't tell if was minor motion blur or a focussing error. Looks amazing online though - so there is a lesson there perhaps. Lots of the other images were fantastic though.

It's probably sharp at the size it is in the book. Couldn't tell if was minor motion blur or a focussing error. Looks amazing online though - so there is a lesson there perhaps.
