Thanks for the mention of Zig Jackson; I was not familiar with his life and work. A Guggenheim at age 64 --- good for him!

His life story reminded me of Pedro Guerrero who also attended an art school ( Art Center School, LA) and at 22 became Frank Lloyd Wright's personal photographer. Another interesting story of perseverance and accomplishment.
