Mixing C-41 rolls during development?

Good morning. New to developing C41 here.

I know of course that B&W requires different development times etc….. but it appears that I can develop a mix of c41 rolls under a developer kit such as Cinestill?

Kodak 200 and Kodak Ektar in the same tank?
Sorry for the dumb question but I just want to make sure.
