That looks just right! Are those garden cart wheels?
I'll bet you can balance this nicely so little or no amount of lift is necessary as you move it along.
Do you push it...or pull it like a rickshaw?

Why not a baby carry cart? Have seen some deluxe models, covered and rainproof for less than $30 at rummage sales.
Some you push, some you pull. A few designs even seem to have shock absorbing features.
” Never attribute to inspiration that which can be adequately explained by delusion”.
I have heavy babies
I rate the cart at 300 lbs, the wheels have adjustable spokes with 26" no flat tires
It rolls very well, as the the wheels and pillow blocks have sealed bearings
I will add bells and whistles over time
The original design was for 8' pickup truck bed with 8' handles allowing it to be easily unloaded with a heavy baby on it
one person
but I sold my F150 and no longer drive

What a nice DIY project, and so well done. Please post some images with it loaded and in the field.
I would like to see a parts kit to convert a golf bag pull cart into a camera bag transporter. Smaller wheels to m be sure, but it would fold up and fit into the trunk. Mobile enough for off the path travel . . .like a golf course fairway. . .. maybe even a graded trail.

There are only three types of mounting flanges; too big, too small and wrong thread!
Looks great, Randy!
