I made positives with XRAY film for Gum Oil printing. Worked very well. I used single-sided Ektascan. Developed in LC-1B at a 1+5 dilution. After three years I stopped making Gum Oils, though. Wasn't fond with the look. I have also enlarged small format negatives onto XRAY, then contact printed for the negative to make carbon transfer prints...that was before I got into digital negatives.

I have made the choice to NOT use Digi negs
I made a few 25 years ago on a high end copier
I am almost full retro

I did not suggest that film
I use this now, works great
Buy this not the slightly more X-Ray blue https://www.zzmedical.com/x-ray-acce...-ray-film.html
Best deal going from the best supplier
I always buy a full case of 500 sheets, it ships better
I am sure I have bought and used $3K X-Ray from ZZ over 10 years
Always get fresh film from them

The blue cast on the film will have no influence on the printing of any alt process.

I just twigged my NOS 5X7 Industrial X-Ray may be untinted
I will waste a sheet later today

I've done quite a bit of making positives using X-Ray film, it's a by product of enlarging negatives. The easiest way is to enlarge to make an inter positive (first step to making an enlarged negative)instead of contact printing. Best if you can use a lens with a shutter as the exposure times are very short even with the lens stopped all the way down.
Original negative was shot with a Mamiya 6, enlarged interpositive on 11x14 blue sensitive x-ray film, contact printed to make enlarged negative on same film, contact print from enlarged negative. I make enlarged positives for silk screen printing also.
