Looking for a ULF (?) architecture photograher

So bare with me... I "saved" a link to this photographer that had a style of closeups of buildings/bridges with 8x10 or ULF, quite unique style. Well as usual I'm trying to find that link so that I can buy his books or book and for the life of me I can't find that link.

He was famous for that kind of work in NYC, San Francisco. If I have to guess in the 70s.

Any ideas or is it a lost cause?

    Thank you!
