Hi Bob,
Hi guys,
Thank you for your message : )!!!
The question is because both the 'Grandagon' and 'Grandagon-N' when they are being sold in the same used condition,
both appear to have the same price. It is not always the case, but so far, that has been most of my experience for
the copies I have seen being offered.
So, if they have the same price, let's say both lenses are 90mm. f/6.8 lenses, then I may go for the 'Grandagon-N',
and not for the original 'Grandagon'. This, because even if in general the 'Grandagon-N' is slightly, (or much better),
then I would take the newer version only because it is better. Wouldn't you?? As mentioned before, given that their
price and used condition is, give it or take it, the same.
Thank you again, kind regards!
P.S. Same lens, same condition, different price: the 'Grandagon-N' is 30% to 50% more expensive.
Which one would you take? Thank you : )!!!
Hi Bob and Dan,
Thank you for your messages : )!!!
Well, you know, you call the dealer of your trust, or visit his website.
There they are, the two lenses: the original 'Grandagon' and the
'Grandagon-N'. What do you make up of the situation?
In my case, I just want to know if there is a difference, so that
later I don't find out that I missed on something. I would like
to keep the lens that I buy for the long run. In part, that's why
ask the questions.
Thank you again, very kind regards!
Ig
