Jason, I’d like to know how you attached the pipe clamps to the bag.
Jason, I’d like to know how you attached the pipe clamps to the bag.
I will try to get some images posted. I am traveling (!) but will be back at home in mid August.

It's certainly not cheap but you can't beat its cargo carrying capacity and the ease of loading and unloading. There are quite a few brands out there and some of them might even available in your local bike shop, or check around Craigslist or FB market, they do pop up used every now and then. On top of carry LF around, it can totally doubles as a utility vehicles in doing all sort of chores where one think they might need a car.
they're kinda spendy but hoping to get one of these when I retire. storage could be an issue for those without garages etc. also it's e-assist vs e-bike (where you don't need to pedal if that's what u want), but it does help on hills etc so you still get some exercise

notch codes ? I only use one film...
That is pretty sweet! It would swallow my 11x14!!
When I get too old for an e-assist, perhaps I'll switch to an ebike with a throttle. One thing about the curbsidecycle design, one puts a lot of faith in the steering linkage not to crap out on you at a bad time (which would be most of the time). There is a lot of immediate feedback from handlebars clamped directly to the steering tube. Coming home from grocery shopping there is a hill that I have a mile of 30 to 40 miles per hour (depending on how much I brake) going down it. I can hit 43 when I lower the seat and tuck down. That is where I feel the advantage of a steel frame and 26x2.5" tires. I ride down some gravel roads at 15+ mph, some single-track trails and so forth. The Surly is a nice solid bike.

That is totally rad Mr Tin Can!
For something more into the wild, this is what I am lusting after now: https://www.burley.com/coho-xc-cargo-trailer/
It's sort of like an updated, and beefed up BOB YAK, complete with kick stand and beer bottle opener. But more seriously, I like the compactness of it so I am not tempted to haul more than my need, and easily navigate through tight spaces.
I think a trailer is the next best thing outside of a cargo bike. One can just toss in a traditional protective camera bag/backpack/cases, as suppose to trying to fit in oddly sized camera bits into oddly sized panniers and trying to balanced the bike.
I knew guy who used this big trailer, inner city Chicago
He was at my building often
