Not sure how much of the exhibit is LF, but George Tice certainly has LF experience and probably taught some of the people here at Maine Media Workshop+College nearby.

One of the best.
I've never think of Tice as a "parallel" related to the cloying paintings of the Brandywine school of Wyeth; but perhaps as an interesting contrast of styles within the same general region this makes sense. If I lived in the area, I'd check it out. Tice was important at one point for keeping platinum printing alive and at center. Wish more of his work would come West. I see more of the influence of P.H. Emerson behind him.
