Hello again, I guess I kind of jumped the gun on making an intro post, and just dove right into properly posting. Ah well, better late than never. I am new to large format photography, and relatively new to photography in general. I started into photography about a year ago with a 1918 Kodak No.1 Jr, to this day I have still never touched a 35mm haha. I have always been fascinated by Graflex SLR cameras, and I am fortunate to be the custodian of a number of them. Their size and complexity is greatly appealing to me, and the bulkier the better in my eyes. Though I have dragged my feet on actually moving to large format. I had engineered a couple adapters to use 120 film out of 3¼x4¼ rollfilm holders, but it got to a point where I simply got some sheet film and started playing with it. I hope to learn a thing or two from those around who have more experience than I, and I already have learned quite a bit.
Here are some pictures I have taken with my Kodak No.1 Jr
And here are a couple of my Graflex cameras (a 20s era Graflex 3a and an early 1910s Press Graflex) with my little kodak on the left for reference
I look foreword to future learning experiences here
Cheers!
