I like the perspective, offhand, with the complex tree in the mist behind the simple ones. I doubt I'd thought of it.

Thank you! This grand oak tree has such a presence amongst what is left of its forest. I spent an amount of time trying to capture it.
I could see that tree from the road, but could not get a good viewpoint to photograph. I wrote the property owner and got permission to walk in. There is a row of houses behind that tree from that viewpoint, but a foggy New Year's Day allowed it to stand alone.
