Then I sent it to Jason Lane (Dry Plate Manufacturer) who disassembled the individual optics and cleaned them of fairly thick milkiness. Items are now best possible. Also extremely reasonable optic service
I'm a Happy Camper, now it's on a Plaubel Peco Profia lensboard. Original Profia lens retro full restoration

They've serviced other mechanical shutters for me and will be doing a CLA on a Compure 3 for me in the coming weeks. I was quoted $159 and a couple of days in the shop for the service.
The most recent time I talked to Carol last year she told ne that her husband was in hospice care but she was still working, although at a slower pace.
