Quick releases clamps and plates

Mine broke. I need another. I have an old Gitzo 3-way head and a Chamonix 45H-1 4x5 large format camera. I also will be shooting with a Mamiya RB67 medium format camera with the same tripod. The Mamiya is actually heavier around 9 pounds with lens.

So which quick-release system works well for both?

See pictures of existing. The existing broken GZitzo 365 holder is about 2x3". The third picture shows how it slides on to get clamped onto tripod 3-way head. I assume other replacement clamps have that capability.
