Did 'ya at least ask, or for some advice???

Tell 'em you're not happy, and will post your woe online if they won't satisfy your service question... ;-)

Usually all contacts need to be cleaned in timers, and sometimes the switching relay need service or replacement eventually...

I was able to gently pull those handles from rotational switches, there was no glue! 4 screws on the bottom - and I got it opened!

I'm going to spray/soak those switches in electronics contact cleaner and see if this fixes the issue. If not - will try to replace.

No, I didn't expect them to give me advice on fixing their timer

I got it fully disassembled, cleaned switches with Electronics Contact cleaner. Looks like they are working much better now.

These 450/451 timers are a big step up from the gralab 300 if anyone actually wants to operate an enlarger or UV box. It's nice to have it repeatable compared to winding a dial of the 300. I use two (one for enlarger, one for uv box) and also have a spare. All patient ebay or forum finds.
