I develop sheet film in paper drums. That works well with 4 4x5 of two 5x7 sheets in an 8x10 drum with certain plastic spacers for the 4x5 to preclude them from overlapping.
I also have 12x16 paper drums which can contain 4 5x7 sheets. That would help to speed up my developing processing.
However, I did not succeed in using the same spacers and so, the sheets overlapped and I lost two sheets.
My question is: did anyone invent simple spacers that keep the sheets apart? I can imagine a plastic soacer like this
____/\____ between the sheets. Would that work?
