I just received one of these. I'm impressed with the quality of the build and the rigidity. But I'm stumped on one thing: How do you achieve the advertised minimum bellows draw of 52mm? The least I can get is more like 75mm -- quite a bit short and no go for my 65mm lens.

I've done the following:

1. Put the front standard into the rearmost (hole) position
2. Keep the movable screw-drive baseplate at the full rearmost position
3. Move the back standard forward a little on the sliding tracks (goes about 8 mm before the knobs contact the front standard base)

Do all this and I measure it around 75mm. My next thought was maybe there was some cheat like the Deardorff 'wide angle lens position' where the front standard leans back and the lens board tilts forward to vertical, but the front standard doesn't lean back.

I'd appreciate knowing what I'm missing, even though I'm sure it will be something that might end (or start) with "duh."

Thanks
