I never sell a lens still on the lensboard, or with the cable release still attached. I always remove those things and keep them. I always keep the cells on the original shutter and include the retaining ring and lens caps, though.
It will fit if the camera has the right receiver for that lensboard -- and that can vary between brands and within brands. One usually request a specific lensboard type when ordering a Chamonix (for example I went with a Sinar lensboard on the 11x14 to match my 8x10.)
So the answer is maybe.

The lensboard pictured is a Technika-style lensboard that fits many brands of cameras including Linhof Techika, Wista, Chamonix, Shen Hao, etc. So, as far as I can tell, the lensboard should fit the 4x5 Chamonix cameras, since they are designed to take Technika-style boards. Ask your buyer if his camera takes that type of lensboard.

Thank you gentlemen.
Some of the Technika style boards which work fine on Shen Hao, Chamonix, Tachihara, and others will not work on Linhof Technika cameras because they were not made to Linhof tolerances. It may not fit a Linhof camera.
