Well ... if that's what it takes for him to figure out what ABS pipe is. ... One weekend I needed a P-trap for below the sink. Couldn't wait for a serious store to open. So I went into one of these home center operations and asked the fellow stocking the plumbing aisle which aisle the tubular fittings were in. He gave me a blank stare. Then I asked him where the P-traps were. "Pee - what?" No, not that kind of pee. So finally, I asked, Hey, where are those things that look like saxophones? Bingo. He took me right to them.

It's been a long time since I sold my 1978 VW Rabbit, but Internet pictures of the Golf look like it's configured similarly. I transported several long items in the Rabbit. Fold down (or recline fully if it's a four door) the front passenger seat and fold down the rear seats. Tie object firmly in place, with a red flag at its back end. Tie down rear hatch. Done.

A four foot section for sixteen bucks????????????? That's about a 1600% markup from buying 20ft sections wholesale. Why invest in the stock market, or buy lottery tickets? There's obviously a better way to get rich quick.
