Anyone know who made this shutter?

Does anyone know the brand of this shutter? I've never seen one like it before. I thought it might be a Multispeed shutter but it does not appear to be based on searching google. There are no words on it. The diaphragm is in front of the shutter blades. Thanks if anyone knows the answer.

Never seen one except in this Voigtlander source book.
From around 1905. Called the sector verschluss (leather brake). Fitted with typically Heliar, Collinear, Dynar.
