Great start to the month, Gentlemen!
“You often feel tired, not because you've done too much, but because you've done too little of what sparks a light in you.”

Last year, in February, I went to Lula Lake Falls in northwest GA. I shot 4x5 with my Chamonix and as usual I had several folks ask me about the camera. This past weekend I went back, and when I was hiking down to the falls a young man and his girl was walking up. He asked, were you here last year? I said yes, and it turns out he had been there on the same day and talked to me about the "old camera!" As it turned out, he had just proposed to his girlfriend that morning and they were leaving, so he went on. A few seconds later though he came bounding back down the stairs and asked, "can we get a picture?!" I obliged - what a neat coincidence!

Thanks! They were very happy with it from what I understand.
So I've been getting acquainted with 5x7 this week. The different aspect ratio is interesting and obviously has good synergy with vertical portraits. My wife got a hair cut today and was happy about it so she posed for me while we went hiking a little after a rainy, stormy afternoon.

And one more from same session. (same lens, film and all that)
