It takes more effort to find an inadequate lens in a basket than finding a good one.
Don't worry! I got a few pictures done. mailed a few color ones to develop, bought the 445 kit and developed a couple black and whites and also got a few expired Polaroids which are the most fun to test out since I can have a friend come over and take the picture immediately. I was interested in doing portraits and possibly do landscapes since it seems the image quality is unmatched for 8x10 and above, but wanted to start somewhere more safe.
Also thank you everyone for the replies!

also fixed the link, seems ebay tends to suggest instead of showing the original listing unless you click it again.

Definitely get out and expose some film with the 215mm Acutar, you’ll figure out pretty fast if you like the lens. As fas as the 90mm SA I find it to be an excellent focal length on 4x5. For many years my 4x5 Lens kit was a 90mm and 210mm, did just fine with just those two lenses. Nice thing now is that it’s very easy to buy and sell used gear. So buy the 90mm SA and if the don’t like it sell it.

There's nothin' wrong with a 215 Acutar so long as you do your part
