    Re: March Portraits 2019

Just got back from Australia and I'm so jet lagged. Being in a darkroom huffing chemistry is supposed to cure that right?

Here's some images from my friends' Kat and Baxter's wedding in Sorrento, AUS. What a party it was.

Everyone pitched in. From decorations, to transportation, to food, to music, to the photography. It was a total community event.

The brides invited everyone down to the beach for a Polka party.

Both shot with a 90mm Fujinon, on an Intrepid @ f32 @ 1/8 (I forgot my light meter back in the states so I estimated every shot I took on this trip. so far so good)

Here's from today's session, shot with the Aero Ektar on Kodak T-Max 100. I had to underexpose this one (can't get lower than 1/30 with the Speed Graphic's focal plane shutter), but then I over-developed (12 mins with HC-110B) to even things out a bit:

...and I have to say, I hadn't used this lens for quite a bit, and now I remember why. Extremely low contrast and "dreamy" look. I much prefer the modern lenses.
Nice. I also prefer a less biting lens for portraits.

    Excellent, Jay!
