Any historians out there who might know which camera was the first to incorporate a bail back system of loading holders?
Just curious.
Thx

I'll toss this one out for consideration... Kodak (later Calumet CC-400) 4x5, introduced in the late 1940s.
I know that Senecas View cameras like "The New Seneca View" had/has a great little lever built into their backs to accomplish this "The JarelssBack". They had an old patent but it only dates back to around 1910 give or take.
