Help with Rodagon f 135 mm enlarging lens minimum aperture

I recently acquired a Beseler 45MX enlarger and it came with a Rodagon 135 mm lens. The glass is in very good condition, however the aperture window shows a minimum of f-16 but the lens stops at f-11, is there a problem? Anyone have experience with this lens?

Slightly pull out the aperture ring and rotate it.

Thank you Bob! That did the trick, I'm happy.
