Good copyright issues
what if the artists are long gone, didn't sign or use a 'tag'
Seems the surface is owned by owner of surface and can do whatever
I have a bunch of tiny format mural, now sandblasted away, no tags, from 20 years ago...

Personally, I have no plans to sell an image of street art, so I have no copyright cares. I am, however, in the process of collecting as many images as I can find of a handful of street artists whose work I like, scanning the film, and will offer them high res digital files free of charge just for the fun of it. If they can make some extra money selling prints, t-shirts or whatever, that's a good thing AFAIC.
Agreed! We have some really good local street artists whose lettering, shadowing, etc. is outstanding.

The images are wonderful. What is a Naked Crown Graphic? I know what a Crown Graphic is. What are the clothes which a naked camera lacks?
