Fujifilm FP instant film: compatible with Polaroid 545 back?

Finding mixed information about this- is the Fujifilm FP instant film compatible with the Polaroid 545 back, but with a smaller 3.25x4.25 image?

No. 545 takes individual sheets of film like new55 and polaroid. Fuji's is packs of film and needs the thicker pa-45 or 550 holder. Use a pa-145 for the smaller sheet Fuji.

To add some detail for clarity: Fuji instant film labeled FP-100C45, which is nominally 4x5 format and was discontinued a few years ago, uses the PA-45 holder; film labeled FP-100C, which is nominally 3.25x4.25 format and was discontinued very recently, uses the PA-145 holder. Neither is usable in the Polaroid 545.
