    135mm El-Nikkor w/ 50mm threads...uggg (how do I mount this thing?)

So after some research I ended up purchasing an El-Nikkor 135mm 5.6. To my surprise, the threads are much larger than M39. From the little info I found regarding this issue, I see that the lens originally came with an adapter to fit the 39mm threads. I've been unable to locate a replacement (any ideas?), so I'm thinking about purchasing a new lens board for my Omega d5500 which currently has a 3 lens turret.

So here's my question. If I purchase this lens board:
    Lens Board

Can I mount one of these on there?
    Lens Plate

Or do I need to purchase one of these?
    Lens Plate

Obviously I'd like to get this done as cheaply as possible, I can pick up the first 2 items for under $50. Ideally, i could just find that old Nikkor adapter ring and call it a day, but I have no idea where to pick one up.

    Any ideas?

If there is enough meat on the board (there is on Beseler boards, don't know about yours) have a machinist cut a hole and thread it. I know a retired machinist who is inexpensive if you need a reference. If you go this route be sure he/she understands the importance of the final orientation for seeing the stops.

I have two D5500 and I use the #421-933 to mount my 150mm lens to the turret. I have the other one set up to use the individual plates. It is not hard to change out between the individual plates and the turret. Just 4 thumbscrews so both ways will work well.

Is this the turret you own?

If you want to mount right to the flat lens board (not the turret), you will need Omega part #: 421-903. The Omega D5 and D6 compatible lens mounts will not mount on the D5500 flat lens board, only to the D5500 turret.

Also you will need a retaining ring if you don't already have one.

Sorry, I didn't see that you already have a turret for your D5500. In that case 421-933 should mount to it fine.

What about a Step Down Ring? Would one work?

Not sure how anything 50mm across would ever fit in a 39mm hole
