Are Linhof Technika 5x7 and 4x5 cams the same?

Are lenses that have a matched cam for a Linhof Super Technika V 4x5 interchangeable with the Super Technika V 5x7 or
would the 5X7 require the lens to have a new/different cam specifically for it.
