I don't have a handy example to propose, but I can describe the desirable mechanics: you want fairly large rear wheels to handle pavement irregularities, and casters on the front for maneuverability indoors. For turning in open areas, or to go over an obstacle, you will want to be able to tilt the cart back onto the rear wheels, so the weight should be forward just enough for stability when level and just high enough that when the cart is tilted back to a comfortable angle, the center of mass is directly above the rear axle.
In other words, it should have most of the characteristics of a high-wheel self-propelled lawnmower, and for the same reasons!
(If you can do the fabrication yourself, a little modification of a cheap hand truck would put you right there.)
Harold, that is good advice, as it must be easily moved inside through two 36" doors at close 90 degrees to each other, which makes a tricycle impossible.
I almost could not get my broken refrigerator out, it must have come in before construction was done.
2 big men from the recycling company almost gave up.
However I can ride a small motorcycle right in...

Google street view car. Safe for city usage and should be some coming up on used car market.
Only half joking. I personally use a jogging stroller for my 7X17.

Why push. Drive. Replace the gun barrel with the camera. Oh, and you may as well go 20X24 or 24X30
My brother in law has a fascination with these viet nam era mechanical mules.
