All of their cameras are great and similar to the 4x5's/8x10's so reading about those models will help just as much. Which model? There are four in 5x7. They take sinar and linhof/wista boards depending on the model.
I'd like to have a 5x8 Chamonix. Perfect aspect ratio and much more film available if you cut 8x10 in half. I have an 8x10 Chamonix and love it, but it is big to walk around with.
